The screen has worked
Well I think our new screen door has mostly been a success this summer. Today I laughed watching a 20 month old girl chasing her new best friend around. She squealed with delight in the new game of tag. Which turned into hide 'n seek. Her new best friend? A fly. The first one to make it into our house, thank you very much. And much to her delight, she is just fascinated by it. When it zips around she laughs. And chases it. And gets frustrated when she can't hold it. And then laughs again and runs to find it's new hiding spot. Isn't life grand?
