Tooth Fairy

Letter my daughter wrote:

Dear Tooth Fairy,

Plase spare me the tooth container.  (She put it in a little white tooth container and wanted to keep it.)  And please give me extra money.  Thank you!

Please don't throw away my tooth I will look in the garbage in the morning.

Sharing the Fun

I look out my window and what do I see? 

My son swinging holding a chicken on his lap!

Something tells me this isn't such a great idea.

From the Mouth of Babes

Every now and then a gem is dropped into your heart.  I think it's more often than we realize or even pay attention.  Here's one that I paid attention to:

I have the joy of watching two 3 year olds here, a boy and a girl.  They play great together.  Their style is joking and teasing and chasing, all that fun stuff.  I also watch this adorable 4 year old boy.  Who really wants to engage but just is more sensitive and at times doesn't appreciate the teasing so much.  While playing, the 3 year old girl tells the 4 year old boy, "Just laugh!"

Gotta remember that, "just laugh!"

Wait!

Gotta love streaming on Netflix.  It's so great!

Today for nap time, or quiet time / tv time for the older kids who are bound to fall asleep in 1/2 hour, we're looking through the kid shows on netflix.  A Rainbow Bright show is there just in case you didn't know that - a 3 year old girl yells out, "Wait!  That's my favorite show!  Even though I've never seen it ..."
